About Us

Having holidayed in Cómpeta for a number of years we liked the area so much that we bought a holiday home there. In 2003 we decided to set up Cómpeta Direct, in response to the growing numbers of visitors and home owners seeking to rent and let privately owned properties in the Axarquía region of Andalucía, Southern Spain.

Over the years the site has grown! The area we cover now includes the white washed mountain villages of Cómpeta, Frigiliana, Salares, Sayalonga and Torrox down to the coastal resorts of Nerja and Torrox Costa.

We offer a variety of properties from traditional village houses, rural fincas and country villas with private swimming pools to bed and breakfasts and beach side apartments. All set amongst the beautiful countryside of Andalucía.

There’s no travel company involved, your booking is with the owners – direct. So you can be sure that you’re dealing with people who know both the property and the area well.
