Set in mature gardens in a stunning setting of natural beauty, Al Ladino is a rustic-style Casita (small house) just one kilometre from the sea and some 3 kilometres from Nerja.
Sitting on a hillside of unspoilt countryside amidst olive and pine trees, the house looks down on the town and surrounding mountains, countryside and coastline.
The property, while not remote is 'private' and ideal if you want to be in a quiet setting enjoying pure tranquility while at the same time being just 10 minutes by car from either Nerja or the typically spanish mountain village of Torrox. At night, lighting concealed in the vegetation illuminates the garden and pool area. From the patio you won't fail to be drawn to the view - the beckoning glinting lights of the town below.
The sun terrace is a great spot for alfresco dining and sitting out under the brilliant starry night skies of the Axarquia region of Malaga Province.
Accommodation
The 'rustic style' lounge and dining room has a wood burning stove, built in seating, a dining table and chairs and traditional furniture.
This main room leads through into a traditional farmhouse style kitchen with a fridge, gas hob and washing machine.
There are two bedrooms, a shower room with double sinks and WC. There is also a separate small washroom containing basin and WC.
Bedroom one is a twin bedded double room enjoying views over the pool and patio and spectacular countryside which includes the mountains and other panoramic views.
Bedroom two is again a double room accessed directly from the patio with breathtaking views.
The patio doors from the lounge area open onto the terrace where you'll find a sun bathing area, swimming pool (5m x 3.5m) with outdoor shower and barbeque facilities.
From the patio there are panoramic views of the mountains, the sea and the town of Nerja.

Prices are per week, inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels), cleaning once a week, weekly pool maintenance, gardening (usually twice a week). Longer term lets considered October to March, please contact us for prices and availability. Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival after 3pm, departure by 10am. A 50% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due eight weeks before arrival. At that time, a returnable 'breakages deposit' of £200 will be required.
