Casa Carlita is a restored Andalucian town house in the white village of Cómpeta, and the stunning scenery of the Sierra de Almijara mountains.

The house is a traditional village house laid out over three floors. On the ground floor is a dining room and a spacious shower room with washing machine. On the first floor is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a kitchen.

On the second floor is a bright and airy open plan living room with an open log fire and two single bed settees. The living room also is equipped with video and DVD with a choice of films and books. English language DVDS can also be rented in the village.

Stairs lead directly from the living area to the roof terrace with spectacular view to the mountains, over the village rooftops and down to the coast. The terrace is spilt into two sections with a shaded dining area that seats four, there are also two comfortable sun loungers and a large umbrella providing much needed shade in the hot summer months.

The house is ideal for a couple or 4 sharing. Due to the steep steps and the roof terrace it may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties or young children.

Towels and bed linen are provided and changed weekly. Bring your own beach/pool towels.
