Casa Madec is a spacious and airey two bedroom, two storey apartment set on the mountainside overlooking the pretty village of Cómpeta. The apartment benefits from a lovely quiet setting with superb mountain views whilst Cómpeta is only a few minutes drive away (or a 15 minute downhill walk) with it's lovely restaurants, cafes and bars giving you the best of both worlds.

Casa Madec has been decorated to a very high standard with newly fitted kitchen and bathroom (with shower and bath). Outside there is a large balcony with loungers, tables and chairs to relax and enjoy the views. To the front of the property there is a large parking area with room for chairs etc, a barbeque and outside lamps for evening entertaining. The apartment also has use of the recently built swimming pool which also benefits from beautiful views over the village and down to the coast.

Rates

The Pounds Sterling rate may vary according to exchange rates at the time of booking. Prices are per week, inclusive of welcome pack, electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to six people. Changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 2pm, departure by 10am. A 50% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due four weeks before arrival.
