Finca Las Chica is a lovely villa (constructed 1991) situated on a southern slope, just 4,6km from the pretty mountain village of Cómpeta. La Chica is picturesque placed amongst wild flowers, almond and olive trees and enjoys a second to none view to the south, of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. These views can be taken in from the large terrace.

A lovely pool completes the sensation of luxury and privacy.

The villa also benefits from both aircon/heating system present in all bedrooms and the sitting room.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. It is possible to rent just the ground level at a reduced price (sleeping 4). Please enquire for prices.

Accommodation

Finca Las Chica sleeps up to 8 people. The accommodation comprises:

2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, both en-suite. One with shower and bath the other with shower. One room is furnished with kingsize double bed. The other with a normal size double bed.

1 large bedroom on the lower level, also en suite with shower. This room has a double bed and a sofa (unfolds as a double sofa bed).

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee machine, toaster, blender.

Next to the wash basin there is a small extra tap for drinking water. The water goes through a reverse osmosis purifying system and produces the clearest and purest drinking water.

The lounge dining room has large windows/terrace facing south to the sea and has a large dining table, CD player, DVD player, video, radio & satellite TV.

On the ground floor you'll also find a guest toilet.

Outside:

There are two terraces. The large (>50m²) with a large table, chairs, awnings and a barbecue.
The smaller (the morning terrace) facing east has a table, chairs, a couple of sunbeds and awning.

The swimming pool is 8m x 4m with sun beds and chairs. It also comes with lights for an optional nightly swim under the moon.

The house also comes with washing machine, iron & ironing board, hairdryers.

Internet and a baby cot are also available at an extra cost.

Prices are inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to 8 people. A 30% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am, unless otherwise agreed.
