Having just undergone a complete renovation (Spring ‘08) Casa 'Chill Out' is furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout. The property is situated in a peaceful residential area (1 minute walk from V313 Casa Alondra) and has stunning views of countryside, farmland and mountains. The house is within walking distance of Nerja’s many amenities, yet with stunning views of rural Andalucia - the best of both worlds!

The house boasts a spacious sunny terrace at the front and a patio at the rear. Both are perfect for alfresco dining. Dining on the terrace is a delight, with birdsong at breakfast time and swifts swooping overhead in the evenings. The house sleeps up to five people in three bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own balcony, again with magnificent views. The lounge is equipped with TV, DVD and CD player plus a log burning fire for those chilly winter nights.

The property is situated in a quiet urbanisation built in the traditional Andalucian style, with well kept gardens and pleasant walkways. The house is a 2-3 min drive/15-20 min walk to the centre of Nerja. Burriana Beach is 2km away.

There’s ample parking should you wish to hire a car. The communal swimming pool area has two pools, with a waterfall cascading from the upper pool to the lower pool. There’s plenty of space to soak up the sunshine.

A cot, highchair and stairgate are available to hire on request.

Rental prices are dependent on whether one, two or three bedrooms will be occupied.

Prices are per week, inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to two/four/five people. Changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am unless otherwise agreed. Short and long lets are available. A £100 non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due six weeks before arrival. At this time a £100 refundable bond will also be payable.
