Dachita is located in a quiet and private position 300 metres off the modern road between the popular seaside town of Nerja and the charming old village of Frigiliana. Three kilometres from Nerja and three from Frigiliana, Dachita is easily reached by car and has its own parking areas.

Dachita is an older property, but recently renovated and extended, consisting of an 'open-plan' lounge, diner, kitchen, a separate bathroom with shower and the two bedrooms - the smaller of which (with single bed) is accessible through the larger (with double bed). Dachita is therefore, possibly, best suited to a two people, or a couple with children.

Facilities include a fridge-freezer, hob, mini-oven, dishwasher, washing machine, CD-radio, satellite TV (English and Spanish channels), wood-burning stove and air conditioning/heating.

Outdoors the house has a small garden, three terraces and a BBQ. The rooftop terrace has wonderful views of the mountains and sea, and a pool (5.5 x 3 metres) for soaking and cooling in the Spanish sun.

Dachita is about 50 metres from another of our houses, 'Hazilla de Raya'. Together they would be convenient for larger families or for groups who want nearby but separate accommodation.

Rates

The Pounds Sterling rate may vary according to exchange rates at the time of booking. Prices are per week, inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to five people. From November to March, breaks of 4 weeks and over receive a 15% discount (on long lets, electricity is an additional charge). Changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 2pm, departure by 10am. A 50% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due four weeks before arrival.
