La Diodora is situated in the heart of Cómpeta, the capital of the ‘white villages’, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada with the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean coast just 30 minutes drive away.

Cómpeta, with its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, has a good variety of shops, bars and good value restaurants. The surrounding countryside offers majestic mountain scenery, excellent walking, bird watching and horseback riding. The picturesque town of Rhonda, the Alhambra Palace in Granada and the old city centre of Malaga all provide exciting day trip excursions.

La Diodora is a traditional village house consisting of six rooms. It has been recently renovated but in so doing has retained the traditional Andaluz Style and many original features. The house has a roof terrace with covered dining area, which affords marvellous views to the coast. The mountains of Morocco can be seen on clear winter evenings while supping a pre-dinner drink.

Prices are per week, inclusive of welcome pack, electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to four people. Short breaks are available throughout the year, please contact us for prices and availability. Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival after 2pm, departure by 10am. A 50% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due four weeks before arrival.
