La Fuente del Álamo is a lovely campo (country) house set in a quiet and peaceful area only 3km from the beautiful white village of Cómpeta.
The villa is a newly built house, sleeping up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 2 with twin beds). There are 2 fully fitted bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and lounge with wood burning fire, Spanish TV and music system. There is under floor heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
Outside there is a large swimming pool, terraces to soak up the sun and parking. The swimming pool can be heated at an additional charge of 60 euro per week (discounts are available for longer stays).

The Euro rate may vary according to exchange rates at the time of booking. Prices are per week/fortnight, inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to six people. The villa and pool are cleaned prior to arrival. Swimming pool heating is available at an additional charge of 60 euro per week (discounts available for longer stays). Changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 2pm, departure by 10am, unless otherwise agreed. A 50% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due four weeks before arrival.
