Hazilla de Raya is a welcoming two-bedroom country house set in large, well cared for gardens with large private pool. The house, which accommodates up to five people, is located in a quiet and private position 300 metres off the modern road between the popular seaside town of Nerja and the charming old mountain village of Frigiliana. Three kilometers from Nerja and three from Frigiliana, the house is easily reached by car and has its own parking area.

An older property, Hazilla de Raya has been recently renovated to retain its original charm while having modern facilities including air conditioning. With its comfortable rustic furniture, it has a large lounge with an open fireplace, a dining room, two bedrooms (one with double bed and en-suite bathroom, one with twin beds), a large separate bathroom (with toilet, bath, shower and bidet) and a well-equipped kitchen. Facilities include a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, CD-radio and satellite TV (English and Spanish channels).

For outdoor living in the Spanish sun, the house has a very large, well cared for, beautiful 1000-square-metre garden with terraces, a fish pond and many varieties of exotic plants and trees. There is a large swimming pool (9 x 4 metres, 1.8 m deep max), a patio with covered area and Bar-B-Q, and fantastic views across open Andalucian countryside and down to the sea.

Hazilla de Raya is about 50 metres from another of our houses, 'Dachita'. Together they would be convenient for larger families or for groups who want nearby but separate accommodation.

Rates

The Pounds Sterling rate may vary according to exchange rates at the time of booking. Prices are per week, inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to five people. From November to March, breaks of 4 weeks and over receive a 15% discount (on long lets, electricity is an additional charge). Changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 2pm, departure by 10am. A 50% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due four weeks before arrival.
