This charming country house in the Axarquía is perched on a hill of olive trees overlooking the Mediterranean and backed by the Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama Sierras, yet is conveniently located 5 minutes by car (a 20 minute walk) outside of the village of Frigiliana, right off the road to Torrox, and is only a 10 to 15 minute drive from the beaches of the Costa del Sol.

The house always catches summer breezes from the sea. Birds are abundant throughout the year, and wild mountain goats can sometimes be seen on the slopes above.

Accommodation

Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine.
Lounge with TV and DVD plus large new wood-burning stove for chilly winter days and nights.
Two bedrooms sleeping up to four - a cot can be provided on request (please bring your own cot bedding).
The modern bathroom and kitchen are tiled with handmade tiles.
There is a wide terrace facing east-southeast down the valley to the sea - a beautiful place to sit and watch the moon rise!

Rates

Bookings preferred in Euros. The Pounds Sterling price may vary according to exchange rates at the time of booking. Prices are per week, inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to four people. Changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 2pm, departure by 10am. A 50% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due four weeks before arrival.
