El Litoral is a beautifully maintained, spacious apartment, only 5 minutes walk from the popular Burriana Beach in Nerja. The apartment has a spacious private terrace with excellent sea and mountain views.

Nerja lies at the foot of the mountains at the eastern end of the Costa del Sol, just 45 minutes from Malaga Airport, along the new main highway. Nerja's centrepiece is the Balcon de Europa, a palm promenade with superb views of the coastline. There are no modern high rise developments to mar Nerja's character. Within the town itself, there are a handful of small sandy coves and the main Burriana Beach.

The town centre is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment where there are a large variety of lovely restaurants and bars (including traditional Tapas Bars).

Very large living/dining area leading out to a spacious patio with amazing views of both the mountains and the sea. Large double sofa bed, satellite tv, dvd player and cd player.

Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, electric wok, washing machine, fridge freezer etc.

2 bedrooms one of which has a large double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

Bathroom with bath, shower and bidet.

Rates

The Euro rate may vary according to exchange rates at the time of booking. Prices are per week, inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to six people. Discounts are given for long winter lets, please contact us for prices and availability. Changeover day is flexible (Saturday preferred). Arrival after 3pm, departure by 10am. A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due four weeks before arrival.
