Cortijo Llano de Lagar is a restored and extended rustic farmhouse, retaining all it's character yet offering modern day amenities including air-conditioning to the principal rooms. From it's sheltered south facing position it enjoys incredible views to the coast! There is a lovely vine clad front terrace with BBQ and extensive sheltered terrace with 7m x 4m swimming pool. The cortijo has ceramic flooring throughout, limed oak kitchen, is partly double glazed with sun resisting glass, wood burning stoves for those chilly winter nights and has authentic beams and many other period features.

The property is ideal for family holidays and children are welcome. Adults must take full responsibility for them when playing in the pool and garden areas. This is an authentic Spanish farmhouse laid out on three levels making it quite unique! There are lots of outside areas with the main terrace opening from the kitchen, this is covered in typical Andalucian style with split cane and there is a brick built BBQ in this area. The pool terrace is completely separate to the side of the villa linking with the front terrace. The pool is cleaned weekly.

Situated in an unrivalled position in 10,500 square metres with views to the Mediterranean it is only 3km to the vibrant village of Competa (all on tarmac). A part of the real Spain, perched 650m above sea level and offering a wealth of bars, international restaurants, shops and banks.

Cortijo Llano de Lagar sleeps up to 6 people. The accommodation comprises:

Sitting room on the first floor with ceiling fan, air-conditioning, balcony, sea views, wood burner and free view TV.
Dining room with table and 6 chairs.
Kitchen, fully equipped limed oak kitchen with marble worktops, 5 burner bosch hob, fan assisted oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air-conditioning and wood burner.
Master bedroom with double bed and balcony, sea views, air-conditioning.
Bedroom 2, double bed, access to terrace.
Bedroom 3, twin beds, access to terrace.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and mosquito blinds.
Family bathroom with bath and shower over,wash basin and wc.
Utility room with washing machine, additional fridge/freezer and wc.

Prices are per week, inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to six people. Changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 2pm, departure by 10am, unless otherwise agreed. Once the owner receives your booking request, the property will be held for 4 days pending receipt of your non-refundable deposit (50% rental). This can be by Internet bank transfer or PayPal (subject to 3.5% SURCHARGE) EITHER IN £ OR €. The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday start date. A 100 euros refundable deposit (refundable on departure - subject to breakages) is required, paid to their agents on site.
