Casa Rosaleda, Competa

Casa Rosaleda is a modern villa is set in the spectacular mountain scenery of the Sierra Almijara and has stunning views of Maroma, the high and often snow covered peak of the Sierra Tejeda. It is located in a peaceful but not isolated position only a few minutes drive from the restaurants and shops of Cómpeta, a typically picturesque Pueblo Blanco. This is the real Spain, yet still only 50 minutes from Malaga airport and 20 minutes from the coast.

The Villa is set amongst vineyards and olive trees on a large level plot that is attractively planted with a wide variety of Mediterranean plants and the whole area is walled and gated.

The very private swimming pool area has an 8m x 4m pool, good-sized sun terraces as well as a separate covered eating area with outside kitchen and barbecue for those 'al fresco' meals. There is also a large covered terrace at the front of the villa where you can sit or doze in the shade if it's too hot by the pool or sip a glass of vino while watching the sun go down in the evening, the sunsets are amazing!

The villa is reached via a short concrete drive directly from the asphalt road so there are no unmade roads to negotiate.

A fully equipped 'American' kitchen which is light and airy and has a full range of appliances including large fridge freezer, microwave, full size oven and 4 burner hob as well as the absolutely essential dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board etc.

A spacious and comfortably furnished living room with two sofas, TV, DVD player and stereo.

A luxury bathroom with a full sized bath as well as a separate double sized shower and a bidet.

There are 2 bedrooms, both are a good size and have full width built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds.

There is a reduction of 50 euro per week for occupancy by 2 rather than 4 people.

The Sterling rate may vary according to exchange rates at the time of booking. Prices are per week, inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach/pool towels) for up to four people. Short breaks are available throughout the year, please contact us for prices and availability. Changeover day is flexible except in July and August when they are Saturday. Arrival is normally after 2pm, departure by 10am but may be flexible, please ask. A 50% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due eight weeks before arrival.
