Casa Paco Hernandez is a lovely two bedroomed house just a two minute walk from Competa's main square.

The house has been renovated in a contemporary style whilst retaining a Spanish feel. Casa Paco Hernandez has not been renovated as a typical rental property - the owners lived there themselves for three years.

There are two double bedrooms, a lounge/dining room, two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen with full size electric oven, hob and fridge. There is also a washing machine in the downstairs shower room.

Outside there are two terraces. The main terrace is accessed from the first floor bedroom with views across the rooftops of the lower part of the village and beyond. Ideal for eating outside on sunny summer evenings! The second terrace, on the roof, is useful for drying washing etc.

For colder evenings, there is a gas heater and two electric heaters.

Prices are per week, inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to four people. Short breaks are available throughout the year, please contact us for prices and availability. Changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 2pm, departure by 10am, unless otherwise agreed. A 50% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due four weeks before arrival.
