Casa de Palmera Apartment occupies the lower level of the detached renovated farmhouse and is completely self contained. It is situated within 5 mins walking distance of the pretty village of Canillas de Albaida and is on the edge of the National Park.

The larger town of Competa is only 1.5 kilometres away and the coast is only 25 minutes drive away offering the choice of mainly Spanish resorts such as Torre del Mar or the more traditional pretty resort of Nerja.

Both Canillas and Competa boast several excellent restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

The apartment consists of 2 twin bedded rooms, a through lounge/kitchen/diner, a seperate WC with washbasin and a modern 'walk in shower'.

There is a private courtyard with patio furniture and bbq facilities and seperate small terrace.

A 'welcome pack' is provided on arrival.

Casa de Palmera offers an idylic location for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, the views surrounding the house are spectacular. Based on the edge of the National park, it provides the perfect situation for walking, cycling, bird watching and horse riding.If you are looking for a taste of the 'real Spain' you have found it.

Accommodation

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, kettle and toaster. An iron is also available.
The lounge/dining room has a TV,DVD, CD player and an overhead fan.
There are 2 bedrooms both with twin beds sleeping 4 people.
Fresh linen and towels are provided (not beach towels)
A cot and high chair are available on request.
A 'put me up' bed is also available for an extra person at additional cost.

Rates

Rates above are based on 4 people, a reduction of 25% applies if only 2 persons occupy the apartment.

Currency Converter

Prices are per week, inclusive of welcome pack, electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to four people. Long term lets available if required. A 50% deposit is required on booking, balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. Change over day is flexible. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is payable on booking.
