Calle Peligros 62 is a three-storey, traditional Andalusian house in a characteristically narrow Moorish-style street. It is very conveniently situated within a few minutes' walk of Competa's main square. Competa itself is a popular and picturesque mountain village of about 3,000 people. Car parking and all amenities are available nearby. This typical, traditional house has been modernised without loss of character and has all modern facilities.
The ground floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room. The first floor consists of a sitting room, split either side of the staircase, with TV and wood burning stove. There are two 3 foot wide beds to one side (one stored underneath the other) covered during the day with a throw and cushions to make a 'sofa'. Off the sitting room is a separate double bedroom with twin beds. The third floor contains a modern shower room, with a washing machine, and a very attractive roof terrace with views of the mountains and the sea.

Prices are per week, inclusive of gas, electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to four people. Changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am. A 50% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due four weeks before arrival. The house is throughly cleaned prior to your arrival but, in order to keep rental costs down, we ask that guests clean the house prior to their departure - if you do not wish to do this additional cleaning can be arranged at a cost of £25. If required, this will be added onto the cost of your holiday.
