• All information regarding properties on this site has been supplied by the property owners to Cómpeta Direct, although we make every effort to ensure its accuracy, and reproduce it in good faith, Cómpeta Direct cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or currency of the information supplied, or any use you may make thereof or for any omissions, errors, misunderstandings or claims arising from the advertisement.
• Cómpeta Direct cannot give any guarantee of the condition, standard or description of the properties advertised on this site.
• Cómpeta Direct and the property owners will not be held responsible for any typographical, grammatical or other errors on this site.
• Any arrangement, agreement, contract entered into or booking made with the property owner is solely between the renter and property owner
• In no event shall Cómpeta Direct, its agents, employees or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss, inconvenience or any damages of any kind whatsoever, resulting from loss of use, whether in action of contract, negligence or other act, arising out of or in connection with the use of this site, its performance or availability for use or of any of the properties advertised on this site.
• Cómpeta Direct reserve the right to change, correct, edit or remove any of the information on this site, including these terms, without notice.
• Any contract or agreement for the renting of property advertised on this site is deemed as a contract between the renter and the property owner. It is therefore the responsibility of the renter to ensure the accuracy of the information supplied, suitability of use and obtain confirmation of the proposed rental terms, in advance of booking, from the property owner. Cómpeta Direct will not enter into any negotiation with or between the renter and property owner and accept no responsibility or liability for any problems arising from these negotiations.
• Cómpeta Direct will not be held responsible or liable for any disagreements arising between the renter and property owner. All disagreements are between the renter and the property owner.
• Cómpeta Direct will take no responsibility if the renter has been misled or mistreated in any way. However, if the accusation(s) are substantiated, the property owners details will be removed from this site as soon as is possible, but within a maximum period of 3 working days.
• Cancellation and changes to your booking – cancellation or changes to bookings, for whatever reason, will be subject to, where applicable, the terms of rental agreed with the property owner. These may in some cases involve a cancellation, amendment or administration fee. It is therefore recommended that renters are aware of their responsibilities prior to confirmation of a booking. Cómpeta Direct will not enter into any negotiations or correspondence, either with the owner or renter in the case of a cancellation or booking amendment.
• Any enquiry, correspondence by any method, shall be deemed as agreement and acceptance, in full, of these terms.
