Casa Triggalli, Competa Village House

Casa Triggalli is situated in the lower part of the pretty white mountain village of Competa, in the foot hills of the Sierra de Almijara Mountains. The property is 25 minutes from the coast, and 70 minutes from Malaga its nearest airport.

The village nestling among olive and lemon groves, retains its traditional Spanish friendly atmosphere throughout the day, with a lively but pleasantly vibrant atmosphere during the warm evenings centred around La Plaza de Almijara where there are restaurants, bars, and shops. There are also 2 communal swimming pools close by.

The countryside around Competa provides wonderful opportunities for walking, horse riding and bird-watching with splendid un-interrupted views down to the coast and up into the mountains rising up to 2068 metres above Competa village. The 4000 hectare Sierra de Tejeda National Park is directly at the back of the village and is easily accessible on foot, where wild boar, mountain goats, eagles, and a variety of raptors can be seen.

Casa Triggalli is a traditional Spanish town house. The house has recently been completely refurbished and redecorated to a very high standard, and is fully equipped with everything that you will require to ensure a relaxing holiday.The first floor has a lounge/dining room and kitchen, the second floor a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with toilet and shower and the third floor a large sunroof terrace partly shaded with table and chairs for dining 'alfresco', reclining sunbeds and BBQ.

Casa Triggalli sleeps up to 4 people (plus a baby/toddler). The accommodation comprises:

Fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, 4 plate electric hob, microwave, full range of crockery, cooking utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Lounge/dining room with satellite television with DVD player, CD player, free standing fan.
Shower room.
Double bedroom with wardrobe.
Twin bedroom with wardrobe.
A cot can be provided on request – please bring your own cot bedding.
Outside there is a roof terrace, terrace furniture, 4 sun-beds and barbecue.
There is car access to house.

The Euro rate may vary according to exchange rates at the time of booking. Prices are per week, inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to four people. Change over days for the property are flexible to accommodate your holiday arrangements.Arrival after 2pm, departure by 10am. On booking a 50% deposit is required (non refundable) and the balance 4 weeks prior to occupation of the property. Also a £100 refundable deposit to cover potential breakages.
