Casa Verde is a beautiful, newly decorated, traditional village house on Calle Andalucia with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has lots of character, with original decorative floor tiles throughout and high ceilings with original features. There are two roof terraces with lovely views across the village, the mountains and to the sea.
The house has an open-plan layout and large floor-to-ceiling windows with patio doors opening onto juliette balconies in the main rooms, which gives it a bright and airy feel. Casa Verde is furnished to accommodate six guests. There are three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin (entered via the first floor bedroom), plus a large sofa-bed in the lounge allowing guests flexibility of accommodation.
The location is very convenient, on a pretty street just three minutes’ walk from the main town square with its church, bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a bakery/convenience store just a few doors away very handy for those breakfast pastries!
Accommodation
Casa Verde can accommodate up to six people plus a baby/toddler. The accommodation comprises:
Ground floor:
Double bedroom with large, modern en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower). This has been recently renovated with brand-new fixtures and fittings.
First floor:
Lounge/dining room with beautiful decorative floor tiles. Large sofa (converts into a double bed), armchair, extendable dining table, DVD player, ipod/MP3 docking station. Large windows with patio doors open onto a juliette balcony overlooking charming small square outside.
New kitchen with fridge, 4-ring-hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and all other essentials.
Second floor:
Double bedroom with original decorative floor tiles: double bed, wardrobes. Large windows with patio doors open onto a juliette balcony overlooking small square outside.
Twin bedroom (accessed from the double bedroom) with two single beds, chest of drawers, original exposed beams.
Third floor:
Large modern bathroom with shower and new washing machine.
Outside:
Two roof terraces - one larger with table, chairs and parasol, with steps leading up to a smaller roof terrace with two sun-loungers - ideal for dining, socialising, relaxing and enjoying the great views (village, mountain and sea). Both terraces have child friendly railings to ensure safety.
Free-standing fans are available for use when and where you need them.
A cot and high chair as well as children’s paddling pool (for the roof terrace) are available on request. Child-friendly utensils are on hand in the kitchen.

Prices are per week, inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) for up to six people. Short breaks are available throughout the year, please contact us for prices and availability. Changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 2pm, departure by 10am, unless otherwise agreed. A 50% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due four weeks before arrival. A 70 euro security deposit is required in the case of any breakages - this will be returned after your stay.
